Bowen Li Trio will perform their debut album 'Unemployed' live at The Blue Study Live - featuring twelve songs, nine of which are original compositions. The album outlines the band's unique sonic vocabulary with lyrical brushstrokes, blending delicate jazz craftsmanship with poetic reflections on modern life.

'Unemployed' represents a natural state for children, yet this contradiction lies at the heart of their music. Through bold improvisations and sincere expressions, Bowen Li Trio transforms this freedom and purity into sound - each piece resembling an impromptu meditation on liberty, curiosity, and playfulness. All three members are among Hong Kong's most active and creative jazz musicians, as well as co-founders of the local jazz venue Fountain de Chopin.
